Hoya (Print)
Printed on archival paper, this giclee art print features my painting “Hoya,” which is one of the most beloved tropical plant genera in the house plant world. Most of my artworks tend to be portrait-style, but I am also a houseplant enthusiast and I love Victorian botanical illustrations. As such, I was inspired to create illustration-style botanical collages featuring some of my favorite plant genera, with a stylistically modern twist. I tend to find the most joy in my home with a balanced blend of art and plants as decor, and I enjoy carefully curating my space. What better art print to compliment your houseplant collection than this eye-popping, colorful, stunningly meticulous image? Plus, this piece makes a great collection addition for anyone who loves hoyas but can’t get them to bloom–an art print will always hold onto its flowers!
The plants featured, clockwise starting from the top, are: Hoya burtoniae, H. callistophylla, H. polyneura, H. sigillatis, and H. macgillivrayi.
The image is 16” wide by 20” tall, with a half-inch margin; the size of the full print is 17” wide by 21” tall.
