I always package carefully, but I am not responsible for anything that happens in transit. Please note that cosmetic damage/leaf drop can be normal in transit and is not reflective of the health of the plant. Any plants that exhibit such damage will recover quickly if given proper conditions upon receipt.
Keep an eye on your local weather; if it's cold out for you, please add a heat pack to your order. If your plant freezes in transit and you did not order a heat pack, I cannot refund you. Likewise, if the weather is hot in your area and your plant perishes from being left outside for extended periods of time, I cannot refund you. If your plant is dead on arrival, please send me a photo with 24 hours of receipt. Due to the unlikelihood of even a very healthy plant surviving the shock of immediate return shipping, I do not accept returns of plants.
